Hey all. Photo dump coming very soon, however, I had to share this masterpiece! So apparently, love is in the air this week. Will you be my Valentine? If so, come play trivia this week!! I will have a Valentine for you!! I have two nights of fun and probably laughs in store for you!
Tuesday night Jamian's Food and Drink crew. There is a 7pm show at the Basie and a 7pm show at the Vogel. They won't be in our way for the start time, 7:45, but possibly make parking a little tougher than usual. Plan accordingly.

Wednesday night, Wild Air Beerworks gang. 7pm start. You bring your snacks or dinner. I will provide the entertainment while you enjoy a couple of beers or seltzers made by the wizards in the back.

So I got to do something pretty cool this weekend. In a series of fortunate events, I got to make a celebrity birthday cake. After a recommendation from the Count Basie Center for the Arts, I was contacted by this comedians agency to make him a birthday cake as a gift from them. He was there Saturday filming a Netflix special. I was told he loves Family Guy, so I created a Family Guy inspired cake, complete with him as a character. I was given enough the honor of making cupcakes for the RFH Class of 1978 reunion. So many tummy flavors here. Lemon filled with lemon curd. Vanilla filled with cookie dough. Chocolate filled with marshmallow cream topped with Graham cracked and a tasted marshmallow. Chocolate filled with chocolate ganache and last but not least Chocolate with a peanut butter filling. What an honor it was to make this for a young lady turning 90. Bottom case was chocolate cake filled with cookie dough filling and vanilla buttercream. Top was death by chocolate. A birthday is just the 1st of another 365-day trip around the sun.. Enjoy the trip! Wishing the happiest of birthdays to the matriarch of this wonderful family!!
