Custom Sugar Cookies with Glaze Icing (this is different then Royal Icing), Cakes, Cupcakes, and desserts. My products are prepared in a home based kitchen under the WI cottage food ruling. This states that my kitchen is not subject to inspection or licensing, only that items made are shelf stable and safe for consumption. My kitchen is not an allergen free kitchen, there is potential for cross contamination with common allergens such as nuts, wheat, dairy, eggs, and soy.
