Dehydrator for cookies!?! Absolutely! I use a dehydrator on a very low setting to help along drying process of the icing! It magically sucks out moisture from icing, but not the cookie. (Don’t ask me how, I’m a baker, not a scientist or engineer) lol. It also gives the icing a beautiful smooth shine that is almost impossible to achieve with just air drying.

I use this for almost all cookies on the initial “crusting” period, but also for quick turn around times, to help dry thick icing like florals, and on almost all my edible ink printed cookies cuz that ink takes foooooooorever to dry! Hit me with your questions! 🩷
