Home of the fabulous Brown Butter Croissants, Chocolate Chip, Cinnamon and Pesto Croissants. About the Baker: Cecilia Norton is a baker with passion about flavors and croissants. She calls these American Croissants because they are made with hard work, passion, bravery of flavors and innovations. Cecilia has moved to Wisconsin form California in 2021 and opened this cottage bakery for her beloved community, Fox Valley, where she is known as the "Croissant Lady".
