My baby girl turned 10! I’m loving the bow trend all the girls are into these days! This year she wanted a classic chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream and all the bows I could fit on her cake! 🖤🎀

Haven’t posted in forever but wanted to share my latest cake for my sweet daughter’s 9th birthday!

Thank you Ultimate Fusion Athletics for another great party! Was a fun day!

Three layers of chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream inside. Outside we added tinted vanilla buttercream, some edible wafer paper butterflies, edible gold leaf and fun disco balls 🪩 🦋 👄 🎶

I think Taylor Swift would approve!

Amazing accomplishment! Congrats to the amazing staff at Valley Title Services of the Fox Valley, LLC!

Pictured 6” cake was three layers of vanilla bean confetti cake with strawberry buttercream (made with NO dyes) using only organic freeze dried strawberry powder, that pink color is 100% natural. There was also a little surprise of homemade strawberry puree inside as well 🙂

Happy Birthday Avi! Hope you had a wonderful day! Birthday girl requested a winter “frozen” themed cake for her ice skating party at the The Plaza & Globe Coffee in downtown Neenah. Three layers of vanilla confetti cake, strawberry buttercream inside made with organic freeze dried strawberries with vanilla buttercream outside tinted with AmeriColor food gel, topped with a Ghirardelli Chocolate Company white chocolate ganache drip.

Fun Fact:
Did you know white chocolate is actually not white at all and has a yellow tint? The ganache I make for all my cakes is made with real chocolate and not candy wafers. So the “white” chocolate drip is actually somewhat yellow. Sometimes I do dye the ganache with white food gel but I try to use the least amount of dyes as possible when I can.

FB friends I’m looking for holiday pre order feedback! I’ve been getting a lot of inquiries asking about the custom orders for the holidays, specifically Christmas. I’m contemplating doing a pre order only (no customs) for pickup prior to Christmas. Curious what you would want?! Macarons? Cookies? Small 6“ cakes? Sugar cookies? Apple pies? Cupcakes (Reg or Mini)?

This would be open to regular clients for family gatherings and businesses looking to giveaway to employees at holiday parties or open houses. Please message me and if I get enough interest I will post more info!
