Kit Kat cookie with a gooey Nutella stuffed center 🍫🍪
These cookies are more than double the size of my regular chocolate chunk cookies and will be selling for $6 each, let me know if you're interested in picking up a few with your bread order 😊

I just realized I haven't really introduced myself yet! My name is Karena and I am the owner, CEO, COO, CFO, CMO, baker, janitor, dishwasher, everything at Kneadham Bread 👋 I also work full-time and have 2 little kids. I started baking sourdough in October 2025 and immediately fell in love with it.

Today is my birthday and I was just baking a regular loaf this morning but when I took it out, it was beautiful! And I knew I had to jump on this trend of posing with my loaf like fishermen pose with their fish. If you can't tell, I'm still learning this whole social media side of the business so bear with me! I hope you enjoy my silliness and forgive me for not giving my bread a squeeze at the end so you can see it bounce back ❤️

Made the viral chili crisp sourdough with scallions and cheddar cheese by and it was honestly soo good. My husband took a bite and declared it his favorite inclusion loaf so far. It paired perfectly with a runny egg and creamy avocado for breakfast . I'll be making it again soon!

This week's experimental loaf is...

Not the prettiest...but pretty darn tasty. The experimental loaf this week was a jalapeno popper loaf (minus the cream cheese, I slathered that on later). I left the seeds in the jalapeno this time and the two slices I've had so far weren't spicy, but my husband had one that "had a kick"

Looked amazing going into the oven. Smelled delicious while baking. Came out a bit lumpy and gummy on the inside but still tasted good! Won't make it again since it was the most labor intensive loaf I've made so far (the garlic butter took 3 heads of garlic and 45 min in the oven) but glad I tried it 😁 stay tuned for next weekend's experimental loaf!

Roasted garlic butter Italian herb and cheese loaf. Who needs store bought garlic bread when you can spend 24 hours making your own artisan loaf? 🤣 This loaf took 12 hours to bulk ferment and then spent the night in the fridge for a cold proof after this shaping. I'm so excited for the results!
