The Cookie Nook will be at Pinewood Market Days on the 16th!! We will have a variety of yummy treats. Sourdough Loaves, Cookies, Crookies, and Cinnamom Rolls! Stay tuned for the full menu!

Saturday I will also be at Pinewood Market in Sour Lake from 9am-12pm. Then I’ll be at Struggle Street in Beaumont from 2pm-5pm! Make sure you come see me at one of those! Hello my LOVELIES!
It’s been a little quiet over here lately, but for a good reason. After a short hiatus, I’m happy to say I’m getting back to baking again.

There’s nothing quite like the smell of fresh cookies and loaves coming out of the oven, and I’ve missed it more than I realized.

To celebrate being back, I’ll be set up at Struggle Street Brewery on the 21st with fresh baked treats. I’d love for you to stop by, say hi, and grab something sweet.

I know I have been MIA, but today I had the luxury to deliver these beauties. Really been trying my hardest to do orders for birthday parties. Think I did pretty good!
I’m going to have my menu for next weekend up tomorrow. Next Saturday I’ll be at struggle street in Beaumont! So excited!

The finds from the market yesterday!
These jellies? Are PHENOMENAL! Check out Smith Farms if you’re wanting some delicious jams, jellies, pickled veggies, and more! I plan on using her pineapple mango jelly for some Cakewiches at my next market on August 23rd at Lumberton’s Market At The Park!
Then I had some biscotti, german chocolate cake, boudin dip, and almond joy scones(which I already devoured) from Lulu’s Patisserie. I recommend her as well! Baker supporting baker!
The espresso shots, were from a sweet woman name Michelle who was helping run the market. She doesn’t have a page on here, but I’m drinking one of her espresso shots this morning with my coffee and it’s *CHEFS KISS* 🤌🏻
I also got some Rose Tea from a Vendor names Skeeter Jo's Garden. I havent tried it yet, but i know it’s good for inflammation, and joints so im excited to try!
Make sure yall check out these other vendors, their stuff is amazing, and ontop of that they are so sweet! You wouldn’t regret it!❤️❤️❤️❤️
