I had the pleasure of making this two tier bridal shower cake this weekend! Both tiers are chocolate cake layers filled with a rich chocolate buttercream and the cake is iced in vanilla Swiss Meringue Buttercream. The floral designs were made from my homemade marshmallow fondant. Congrats!!

The Natick Farmer’s Market will be outdoors on the common tomorrow, May 9th from 9am - 1pm. Don’t let a little drizzle stop you from getting some great products for the weekend. I will have a few boxes of beautiful cupcakes… perfect for Mother’s Day (or just treat yourself)! I’ll also have my giant cookies in 6 flavors. There will be lots of other great vendors too.
