Life is what you bake it!👩🏼‍🍳 I was fortunate enough to have two grandmothers who welcomed me into their kitchens and were patient enough to teach me the ropes. From that point on, I became obsessed with Food Network and was

always experimenting in the kitchen. I joined the food industry at 16 where my first job was at a Cracker Barrel in Oklahoma. I underwent heavy training and learned a lot from the franchise. I even took Food Handlers courses and received my food handlers permit in 2016. In 2021, I made a big decision to move from Oklahoma to Louisiana. I have worked at some of your favorite local restaurants and have made so many new friendships. As much as I love working with food, I needed a break from the stress of the restaurant and bar crowd. I re-kindled my love for baking and started working on learning how to make sourdough breads, and have since learned I can make SO MUCH with sourdough! This started as a fun new hobby and has flourished into a small home bakery business, and I am more than thankful for the support!

Hey friends, I’ve got tragic news 😪

As badly as I wanted to attend the farmers market tomorrow, unfortunately that is not an option for us. My sourdough starter has died and I’m hosting a funeral for her. 😭 Rest in Peace Clint Yeastwood 🪦

I’ve pulled my emergency starter out of my fridge and we SHOULD be back at the market next weekend! I’m so sorry for any inconvenience this may cause to my regular & new customers!!!
