Something new is being tested this week… and it might just become a permanent menu favorite. 👀

I’m test baking Chocolate Chip Brown Butter Sourdough Discard Cookies — made with rich, nutty brown butter, plenty of chocolate chips, and a touch of sourdough discard for incredible flavor. 🤎🍫

Think: crisp edges, soft centers, gooey chocolate, and that irresistible brown butter aroma that fills the whole kitchen.

STAY TUNED- If these turn out as amazing as I’m hoping, they may be making regular appearances on future menus! Who wants to be a taste tester? 🙋‍♀️🍪

Tell me you have active starter without telling me you have active starter 😆 Mix day is a good day to have ACTIVE starter. Prepping sourdough starts very early the day before bake day. It truly takes over 24hrs to craft the loaves. I love this whole process of this nutrient dense non-processed creation. ❤️
