Tell me you have active starter without telling me you have active starter 😆 Mix day is a good day to have ACTIVE starter. Prepping sourdough starts very early the day before bake day. It truly takes over 24hrs to craft the loaves. I love this whole process of this nutrient dense non-processed creation. ❤️

I wish I could bake unlimited loaves and cinnamon rolls, but everything is made fresh in small batches—which means once it’s gone, it’s gone.
