Four layer orange and white cake. The orange layers have fresh orange juice, orange extract and orange zest. The white layers have orange extract just to give it a hint of orange. In between each layer is orange marmalade. And every other layer has fresh orange zest and shaved dark chocolate bar with orange mousse inside. The frosting is cream cheese buttercream. And shaved on the top is the dark chocolate bar with the orange mousse. The dark chocolate and fresh orange zest are to help cut the sweetness of the cake and the frosting.
