We’re pairing our new House-Made Jalapeño Cheddar Scones with a cold Mangonada Smoothie—rimmed with Tajín and served ice cold.
The scones are baked right here in the shop, loaded with sharp cheddar and just enough jalapeño kick. Try one solo, or ask for the “Scone-wich”—griddled with egg, cheese, and your choice of protein. 🥓🍳

The Standard has officially been raised—and we’re kicking things off with our very first Sammich of the Month. ⚙️💎

Meet The Shaco. 🥩✨
We’ve fully transitioned our kitchen to Boar’s Head premium meats, cheeses, and thick-cut bacon. To celebrate, we’ve built the ultimate feature: Boar’s Head Chimichurri Roast Beef layered with pepper jack, creamy avocado, crisp lettuce, tomato, and red onion. We finish it with mayo and a hit of Tajín for a zesty, herb-infused bite you won’t find anywhere else.

Pair it with the Galaxy Lemonade 🌌✨—a shimmering mix of butterfly pea tea, Lotus energy lemonade, a bit of cocktail shimmer.

The new menus are live, the pastry case is epic, and The Shaco is ready for its debut. Come grab it before the month is up!

Proof that in Donelson, the good vibes always outweigh the bad. ☀️🌵

We are so touched by the team at Lawrence & Clarke Cacti Co. for surprising us with this replacement succulent. It’s a beautiful reminder that when one neighbor "borrows" a little joy, another neighbor steps in to double it.

We’re back to 100% patio happiness. Thank you all for the tips, the tags, and for being the best part of our day!

Dear Caliber Family, with all of the wonderful weather we’ve had in Donelson, our happy little plants have loved spending time on our patio and our neighbors too! We hope that our plants brighten your day as you enjoy catching up with loved ones and friends over your favorite Caliber food and drinks! It seems that one of our neighbors needed to have an even brighter day and decided to borrow a plant to take home and cheer up their living space! We hope that our little joyful plant brings you light and love on this rainy day! Dear neighbor, if you happen to have a great day and want to return the plant to brighten our patio again, we’d be okay with that! You are all so loved!
