Very happy to be back to regular schedule tomorrow Saturday 2/20!! That was an interesting week but zoom classes were great and how blessed we are to have that option everyday. Unfortunately, with all this snow I don’t think the roads will be clear to get to yoga safely for most. So let’s hope for Friday. We will have two zoom classes tomorrow afternoon for you. We are so sorry to have to cancel classes the rest of the day and tomorrow at 6am.. the roads are hazardous and we prefer if we all just stay safe. All classes will be virtual, sign up stretching will feel good and moving energy and seeing your faces. We will be back in the healing hot room the moment we feel it is safe to do so. Thank you for your love and support always. Stay hydrated, stay connected to your breathe and continue to take care of you.
