A couple years ago, I did the cutest (if I may say so myself ☺️) little blue high top sneakers for a baby shower for sweet Graham. Graham’s grandma contacted me a few weeks ago asking if I could do cookies for the surprise gender reveal of Graham’s sibling. No particular theme, she said, but then mentioned they’d be doing this surprise at a family crab feast. Y’ALL… could we make crab feast gender reveals a thing because HOW CUTE ARE THESE?! Thank you, Connie, for including my cookies as part of your special moments! Congrats on the new grand____ !

Girls Just Wanna Have Fun! Oh…. And BE ONE!

Today, we celebrate a whole year of our sweet Shay! Our first grandchild (by 10 days), Shay is the sweetest, smartest, happiest little girl.

It was a little shocking that her mama chose such a “pink” theme because she’s not really much of a pink-loving person, but it fit Shay’s first birthday celebration so perfectly!

And of course, Gam’s cookies had to be there… even if Gam had to stay up til 3:30 am to be sure they were. Gam needs to get much better at time management 😂 😴

Back story: My daughter met just shortly before they found out they were going to have their first babies. It was really nice they had each other to share the journey with… first “mom friends”. Due dates a day apart, but even almost two weeks early, Baker 💙 and Scottie 🩷 were born on the same day, delivered by the same doc! Instant little bestie/birthday twins!
When Alex told Karli she and her husband and Scottie were moving to Cali, I know Karli started dreading it… Then she shared a cute pizza party invitation and I just had to… 🍕 😉
Thanks for being such a good friend to my daughter, Alex! Wishing you safe travels and all of the best things California living has to offer you and your sweet little family!
