The bakery will be closed for the next week and possibly a little longer. My oven door decided to blow 😩 so we will be working on getting a replacement.
I’ll make a new posting once I have a new oven and am able to get stocked back up. I’ll be pulling down the signs so don’t be alarmed. We are just taking a break to deal with broken equipment and we will be back to baking as soon as we can 😅

To answer the questions that I’m sure will come.. no it was not on. No nothing hit it. We were standing in the kitchen when we heard a loud pop and glass shot out of the front of the stove. We assume there was some tension on the glass and it just picked that moment to give.

Chocolate mini cakes are stocked in the bakery stand along with chocolate dipped chocolate chip cookies, iced sugar cookies, baklava (only 5 left) and lots of fresh farm eggs!
What should I add next?
Maybe cake donuts? Scotcheroos? Bread? Maybe something savory?
