One of those people is our first guest baker Anna Simeonides, owner of in Winston Salem, NC and competitor on Food Network’s Spring Baking Championship. This bright light of a human is going to guest bake with us this week on Friday, Nov 15. She will be making these gorgeous apple fritters, which are fried and VEGAN! Good morning from the bakery with me and our executive pastry chef Jubi! Our Christmas inspired cupcake is vegan chocolate peppermint, using organic natural candy canes. It’s so delicious! Also Friday we will have this ham and gruyere hand pie topped with everything seasoning!

When @wheretoeatinnashville is in the house, they make the best videos ever!!!
