This weekend at the Sunflower…Salted Caramel Buns! Pillowy soft Japanese milk dough filled with salted caramel dark brown brown sugar filling and topped with browned butter caramel cream cheese icing! See you at 150 Broad street in Nashua Friday through Sunday!

We’ll have some other specials like a Pumpkin Latte donut (pumpkin brioche, espresso pastry cream, pumpkin butter, and espresso glaze), a pear ginger crisp pie, and a pumpkin dirty chai latte!

All items are first come first served and if the salted caramel buns sell like crazy we will bring them back next weekend!

Thank you all again for showing up for Jake and I ( Brittani). We really do work incredibly hard to show up for you and your support is what makes it all worth it. We sacrifice every week whether we work a million hours or miss a fun event to make this dream what we want it to be making the work weeks long.

I also want to mention our staff works incredibly hard and they deserve recognition so if you see them running things to the front, in the back on the fryer, filling boxes of goodies for you, making coffees, just know these people thrive on seeing you every weekend with your friends and family. Watching your little ones eye light up at the things in the case at "the donut factory" or seeing a whole family come in every Sunday and enjoy each other in our little dining area, those moments mean A LOT to us. Those people are OUR friends and family who spend their time building this with us and we wouldn't be here without them.

Jake just realized you kept us so busy today he never made the Saturday morning Facebook post. We STILL sold out! Jake is very happy and grateful!

Jake is also very tired and thinks it’s funny to write in the third person. Let’s do it all again tomorrow but after a good nights rest! We promise we work hard but we always make sure this is something we won’t burn out on. We make adjustments as needed and while we do push ourselves we know our limits!

We know we’ve been a little quiet on here this week—that’s because we have been putting in our longest hours yet to prepare for this weekend! Brittani has been putting in 14 hour days and Jake finished his work day at 12:30am last night!

Thank you so much for showing up for us all year, and all the new faces who came last weekend, we are dedicated to keeping up with the demand, like we have all year!

If someone decides to make the trip to our bakery we are going to be sure you have as many options as possible to choose from! So see you tomorrow Nashua—at 150 Broad street starting at 8am, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday!

Thank you everyone. This weekend was our busiest yet, and we are humbled by how many of you decided we are worth the trip and worth the line, sometimes we still don’t believe it.

We want to say that no matter how popular our small bakery becomes, we will always stay humble and grateful. Brittani and I (Jake) have been through so much in our lives and I genuinely don’t think it’s possible for us to ever go a day without feeling so blessed to be in the position we are in.

From thinking and planning on having a year left to live due to my cystic fibrosis; possibly 5 years with a successful double lung transplant— to where I am now makes me incredibly full of gratitude. Brittani and I wouldn’t be here without you and we appreciate you so much for that.

As we get busier we are getting to the point where our custom cakes are booked until 2027, but we have constantly been increasing production and now have over 20 employees working for us. If you keep giving us the privilege of your business we promise to give it back with more staff and production. No matter what we will always have full dedication.

We put in 12-16 hour days 6 days a week. I get Tuesdays off and Brittani gets Mondays. This isn’t a part time thing for us, we work very hard to be open Friday-Sunday and we appreciate all of you who help us keep our dream alive everyday, you’re our sunshine, we’re your Sunflower!
