***NOT MY CAKE***
This is why it is soooooo important to listen when the baker gives you instructions!! And why you should absolutely baby a cake in your care.
I am a stay home mom of 4 kids and 1 cat. I have been baking from scratch since I was a kid. This is an in-home bakery. I do hope to some day open a bigger bakery.

Jayson is our fun, loving 7yr old, who was diagnosed with Sensory Processing Disorder at the age of 2. Loud noises, sudden touches are a physical pain to his body (just to give a brief description). He is the youngest of 4 so you can only imagine how hard it is on me, his mother, who can’t hug or kiss him because it causes pain. He goes to occupational therapy once a week and it has been a tremendous help to us. He can now tolerate loud noises, sometimes. We now have to ask him for hugs and kisses, he says yes but will hold his breath and tense up, so we do more fist bumps than anything else.
In the state of NH this is not recognized on it’s own so Jayson doesn’t get the classroom help he so rightly deserves. HE has an IQ of 138. He’s currently a 2nd grader learning at a 5th graders pace. He has poor fine motor skills but that hasn’t stopped his progress in learning. Sometimes though he needs a quiet space to concentrate or 15mins to burn some extra energy but can’t get those extra things due to the laws here.
My goal is to teach people that he is NOT melting down because he didn’t get the toy he wanted. He is melting down because the lights are to bright, or there are to many different smells, or maybe someone just dropped something behind him that made a loud noise.
