This is a wonderful community series, and we are honored to host St. Joseph Hospital this Wednesday, April 27th between 6-7. Registration encouraged.
In the hospital, we often encounter families who are not prepared to have difficult, yet important conversations about an elderly family member's health - and unfortunately, it takes a crisis to bring those discussions to the forefront.
Next Wednesday at 6pm, we invite you to join Kristin Fox from St. Joseph Hospital Palliative Care at Jajabelles cafe on Main St. in Nashua to learn about everything you should know (and should discuss) before a health crisis presents itself.
