Having worked as a baker in Beirut Lebanon for 7 years, I fell in love with the spice as it is the countryā€™s staple. We introduced this mix between croissant and Zaā€™atar to Philadelphia for the first time in 2008 when we first opened our business, and after 17 years it is still a popular pastry.
