Our improved Za’atar Croissant 🥐

Having worked as a baker in Beirut Lebanon for 7 years, I fell in love with the spice as it is the country’s staple. We introduced this mix between croissant and Za’atar to Philadelphia for the first time in 2008 when we first opened our business, and after 17 years it is still a popular pastry. With just one bite, you will be transported to the Middle East!
