Today, the very first drink was made in our coffee trailer, and honestly, it’s hard to put into words what this means.

What started as an idea, a dream, and a whole lot of planning has officially hit the road. There were long days, late nights, countless decisions, and plenty of moments where we wondered if we’d ever get here—but today made it all worth it.

The first drink has been served, the trailer is rolling, and a brand-new chapter for HWY 3 Bakery & Coffee Shop has begun. ☕🚛

To everyone who has supported us, encouraged us, shared our posts, bought a drink, or believed in us along the way—thank you. This wouldn’t be possible without you.

We’re beyond excited to bring coffee, Lotus drinks, and a little piece of HWY 3 to communities all over the area.

And the best part? We’re just getting started.
