Delicious and best eaten straight out of the oven!
Always loved a simple Jambon Beurre baguette from French boulangeries!
Used the based recipe from by but tweaked it slightly to include WW flour and Rye from and upped the hydration to 72%
Baked on a baking steel by with steam at
250c - 15mins
200c - 10mins
39 weeks preggo today and trying to get THAT bun out of the oven asap š Until then⦠keeping calm and just keep baking!
