Looking forward to seeing our locavore friends on Saturday at the KATZ Open River Kitchen from 1pm-4pm. We are grilling up some fresh turkey breast with our new Chef's Pick spice blend with lots of cumin, CA chili, thyme, and sweet spices...yum. We also are featuring a salad with dried walnuts and pears, escarole, radicchio and Late Harvest Sauvignon Blanc Vinaigrette. Other fun goodies from one of our Napa River neighbors includes a tasting of their Napa Cookie Company's delightful Wine Snaps which make perfect appetizers for the holidays. Owners Melissa and Burt Teaff will be here to taste and schmooze.
