It is with a heavy heart that I announce the temporary closure of Cookie Shack OBX. After much thought, I’ve made the difficult decision to step away from the bakery to focus on some personal family responsibilities that require my attention at home for the time being.

This bakery has been a labor of love, and your support has filled my heart with joy. From baking your favorite cookies to sharing smiles over the counter, every moment has been a treasure. While I’m closing the doors for now, I’m committed to finding a way to bring Cookie Shack OBX back in the future—whether by reopening myself or passing the business to someone who shares my passion for baking and community.

I’ll keep you updated on any news about the bakery’s future through our website and social media. In the meantime, thank you for your understanding, your loyalty, and the memories we’ve created together. I hope to see you again, whether it’s with a fresh batch of cookies or in a new chapter for Cookie Shack OBX.

Y’all are the best! Between the pre-orders, the deliveries and walk ins we are sold out!!! We are off to enjoy the holiday weekend with our family. Wishing you all a safe and fun holiday!! See you on Tuesday.

Due to equipment failure the Cookie Shack will be closed today 8/27. We are addressing the issue and hope to have it fixed and be back open tomorrow 8/28. Sorry for any inconvenience.
