Hey y’all, I was in Washington State for a couple of months due to my daughter needing surgery for thyroid cancer. I am back in the kitchen and getting my oven busy again. My son wanted something to take to his youth group meeting. I had some chocolate cupcakes in the freezer and some leftover Dubai chocolate filling sitting in the fridge. Topped with vegan strawberry cream cheese frosting. So the vegan Dubai chocolate cupcake was born.
