Good morning! I'm thrilled to announce that it's opening day at the market. I'll be in the Muscatine Mall parking lot from 2:30 until I sell out or melt, whichever comes first. The high today is right around 90, which, let me tell you, setting up on pavement, you feel every last degree.

I've made Hawaiian Sweet Bread today, but I've also made some granola. My wonderful friend Monica usually keeps the Tuesday market stocked with snacks like this, but she's unavailable for Tuesdays, so I'm branching out a little.

About my granola- it's a 4 ounce bag for $3. It's full of delicious things like cashews, almonds, coconut, apricots and real maple syrup. It's the bomb dot com!
