En KIND BREAD no usamos levadura comercial.
Nuestro pan nace de algo mucho más especial: masa madre viva.
La fermentación ocurre gracias a levaduras naturales y bacterias buenas que viven en nuestro starter.
Ellas:
• Transforman los azúcares del grano en gas natural
• Desarrollan un sabor profundo y auténtico
• Ayudan a que el pan sea más fácil de digerir
• Mejoran la absorción de nutrientes

There’s just something different about sourdough 🍞✨
It’s not just the tangy crust or that golden crackle when you slice through it, it’s the process. Real sourdough isn’t made in a rush; it’s alive. It’s flour, water, and wild yeast that’s been nurtured over time.

Unlike commercial bread, sourdough ferments slowly, breaking down gluten, reducing phytic acid, and making the nutrients in the grain more bioavailable (aka, easier for your body to absorb). That natural fermentation also means many people find it easier to digest and gentler on their gut.

It’s bread the way our ancestors made it, minimal, mindful, and nourishing. 🕊️
