Sweet Lou's Bakery & I am Java Coffee House Sweet Lou’s Bakery is a from-scratch bakery featuring thoughtfully made baked goods and a full coffee menu. This is a hobby of mine.

Pastry Chef Larra discovered her passion baking alongside her mother and grandmother, later honing her craft through classical training. I started this because my daughter wanted a cake she fell in love with...the minnie mouse cake in my pics. I bought the foundant and it came naturally.

What a joy this cake was! After making this couple’s wedding cake almost 2 years ago, I was asked to make a cake even more special for their growing family! Inside this vanilla cake is either Raspberry filling for a girl OR Blueberry filling for a boy!!!! Congrats to this couple on their next chapter!
