✨ Meet Shelbi! ✨
If you’ve ever stopped by the food truck or enjoyed one of our sweet treats, there’s a good chance Shelbi had a hand in making it happen!
Shelbi is an incredibly talented baker who works behind the scenes helping create delicious desserts, prepare for events, and keep things running smoothly. She also jumps in on the food truck, bringing her positive attitude, big smile and so much sparkle.
One of the things I admire most about Shelbi is her passion for baking and creativity. She has a true gift for turning simple ingredients into something special, and I’m grateful to have her as part of this journey with Whisk and the Whimsy!
