imperfect french silk pie for the perfect birthday boy 💘
I'll write a bit more about the pâte sucrée once I retry the recipe, but it was too delicious to be that upset about it literally crumbling in my fingers... when I dared to move it from cooling rack to serving dish.... on the morning of Kevin's birthday... after I'd done prep after every 10.5hr shift I had that week...........
ANYWAY!!!!! I ended up doing a little makeshift french silk pie in a cup~ from top to bottom:
salty mascarpone whipped cream
dark+milk chocolate mousse
buttery tender vanilla pâte sucrée
craving this rn as I type, can't wait to have some later with my life love 🐤🫂💓🫦
