Hi, there! I have several medical appointments throughout the day, so my schedule will be a bit more chaotic than usual. However, I’ll still be accepting orders and baking today.

Today, I used part of the holiday to finally make something I had been craving for years: Brazilian “Fatias Húngaras”.

They’re a soft, sweet rolled bread very similar to Cinnamon Rolls... but, being Brazilian and coming from a tropical country, ours are filled with coconut. Instead of a thick frosting, they’re finished with a light milk glaze and even more coconut on top.

I used to eat these during my childhood in Brazil, so making them today brought back so many sweet memories.

And thanks to my sister’s suggestion, I added chocolate chips on top of a few of them… which turned out absolutely delicious!

Good morning everyone 🧡🍪
This week has been a little atypical and extra busy around here between end-of-school-year commitments for the boys and some temporary changes in our family routine, so today I’ll be baking with more limited hours than usual.

Fresh cookies will be available today from 1- 5pm only.

I’m hoping everything will be back to our normal schedule starting Thursday 😅

As always, orders are welcome while flavors are available, and larger orders are always best placed in advance whenever possible. You can find the current menu and flavor descriptions in the photos below 🧡🍪👨🏽‍🚀🚀
