Good morning guys! Unfortunately, I'm not going to make it today. My power went out last night with the storm and it is still out with no real indicator of when it might come back on. I hope you all have a great week and I will see you all next Friday!

Good morning everyone! I've been hard at work baking all night and I wanted to remind you all that I will be at the Yorktown Farm & Artisan Market tonight between 4:30 and 7:30 pm! I will be bringing my house recipe, Bearded Sourdough, Pull-a-Part Garlic Cheese Bread (definitely with the Jalapeno variety this time), Feta & Mozzarella Cheese Tarts, Chocolate Babka, and of course the greatest cookies in the universe! If I have time, I will make a second flavor of sourdough as well. I can't wait to see you all tonight! Hopefully I've made enough of everything to last more than an hour! Have a great day and I'll see you then!

Hey everyone! Just thought I'd remind you all that I'm going to be at the Yorktown Farm & Artisan Market this Friday from 4:30 til 7:30 pm! It's located in Marrow's Meadow on Tiger Drive in Yorktown. I will have Bearded Sourdough, Rosemary Sourdough, House Recipe, Pull-a-Part Garlic Cheese Bread, Bagels, Garlic & Feta Kolaches and of course the greatest cookies in the entire known universe! I will definitely have multiple flavors of the cheese bread and bagels. I can't wait to see you all there!

Just wanted to let everyone know that this is not my work. It's dough that I made for her the night before she suddenly sacked me but you can plainly see there's no garlic there. I requested that they not use my recipes but I'm pretty sure that they're just going to continue on with very little respect to my request. The whole point of getting rid of me was so she could get someone else in there to take advantage of my recipes using cheaper ingredients and be paid less for their work. It's extremely unfortunate. I'm sorry for the drama but I couldn't let people walk in there thinking they were buying my bread.

Good morning. Just wanted to let you know that I am no longer baking at Cocoa and Cream. I'm sure they will still have some kind of bread but I can't speak to the quality. Given that the season has already started, I'm not sure if I will be able to sign up for market but I will look into it and let everyone know!

Hey everyone! Sorry I haven't been posting, I've been getting ready for the new bakery with my friends at Cocoa & Cream Collective! So I've been scaling up my sourdough culture to get ready for possibly hundreds of loaves a day and I started thinking about the culture itself and how it might be the perfect application of the Ship of Theseus paradox. Suddenly, I decided to officially name my culture after all these years! At first I was going to give it the name of his literal ship but this sounds better. So, say hello to the newly dubbed Theseus!

So excited!

What happens when our chefs get together for four hours? A whole lot of tasting, laughing, and dreaming up delicious things to come. 🍞🧀☕

We finalized our opening menu and sampled everything from our new proprietary house blend coffee (details coming soon!) to house-made jams, pickles, and hot sauce — and yes, we were shocked by how incredible those pickles were. 🥒🔥

Add in multiple bread varieties, an unforgettable cheesecake, and more than a few happy smiles… and it’s safe to say we can’t wait to share it all with you.
