Calling all bakers!
We’re looking for a baker that is versed in fresh milled whole grain sourdough breads. Our ideal candidate has professional experience in a high volume setting and is comfortable with higher hydration doughs. We have a strong crossed trained staff and intend for this candidate to seamlessly work between pastry and bread production.
Qualifications/Responsibilities:
-laminated pastry production from dough through all shapes
-bread production from shaping to baking of whole grain dough
-must be able to lift 50 pounds
-must be comfortable on your feet for work day
-weekend availability a must
