Congratulations to all of the 2024 Graduates!! As a former teacher it was a dream to be able to make these for one of my former students and her family.

Pistachio macarons in the Renaissance High School colors and a 5 layer lemon cake with raspberry filling and vanilla bean Swiss buttercream.

I am so proud of all of my students!! May you go on to celebrate the little moments, work through the difficult times, fall in love with the world, and expand your horizons 👩‍🎓👨‍🎓

We are going to be at our next PopUp event this Tuesday, FAT TUESDAY, at in the Indian Creek Plaza. We will have our Mardi Gras box which includes:

Bourbon Pecan
Caramelized Banana
King Cake

They are pairing our macarons with a wine flight and I couldn’t be more excited to try them! I will also have a couple of Valentine’s Day boxes as well.

Thank you all for your love and support this year. I will be taking a break in January and making a game plan for the new year. So that means there will be no new macarons for January.
