Our roasted garlic Asiago sourdough is made with slow-fermented sourdough dough, folded with rich shredded Asiago cheese and savory roasted garlic in every bite. Each loaf is finished with a golden crust of melted Asiago on top for the perfect bold, cheesy finish.

📣 Important May Schedule Update for Desert Wind Sourdough!

Hey look… I finally made it to the cool kids club — my first caricature! 😂

But in all seriousness, I wanted to give everyone a little heads up that May is going to be a SUPER busy month for me and my family! Between being part of the parent group, volunteering at school, helping with art and music classes, wrapping up end-of-year events, art show prep, field trips, field days, Teacher Appreciation Week, award ceremonies… AND juggling two girls in spring soccer (which means I’m at the soccer fields 3 days a week for 2+ hours at a time 😅)… whew, May is FULL.

And at the end of May/beginning of June, Desert Wind Sourdough will also be closing for one week while we take a family vacation 🫶🏻

I’m so excited to share this year’s Desert Wind Sourdough Easter menu! To keep everything as fresh as possible for your celebrations, all Easter orders will be delivered on Friday, April 3rd 🤍

And… my Sourdough Hot Cross Buns are back this year — but even better! I’ve revamped the recipe into a more luxury-style bun using my soft, enriched brioche-style dough. They are SO good ✨

Here’s what’s available for Easter:

🐣 Original Sourdough Brioche Rolls — $12/dozen— Soft, buttery pull-apart rolls made with my enriched sourdough brioche dough. Perfect for your Easter dinner table, served warm with butter or honey.

🐣 Sourdough Hot Cross Buns — $14/dozen— A luxurious twist on the classic—these soft, spiced buns are made with my brioche-style sourdough and studded with fruit, finished with a delicate cross on top.

🍥 Original Sourdough Cinnamon Rolls — $14
(4 large rolls in a 9x9 pan)— Fluffy, long-fermented sourdough rolls swirled with cinnamon sugar and baked to perfection, topped with smooth cream cheese frosting (on top or on the side).

I’ve got a busy week volunteering at the elementary school for art class, so I won’t be able to accept any late orders this week.

I know it can seem a little crazy having to place an order by Sunday night for Thursday delivery 🤪 but all of my sourdough loaves are long cold-proofed for 24–36 hours for the best flavor and better gluten sensitivity. That means I need to start all my doughs Monday morning to stay on schedule.
