First day at the Farmers Market was a hoot! After the early morning rain, the parking lot was bustling with nearly 50 vendors and a few hundred pedestrians. And the musicians who played in the afternoon really helped bring the event to another level! Expect a whole lot more from us and the other vendors at the Mountain Home Farmers Market this year! We love experimenting! This week we did some variations on our mini Chocolate Chip Zucchini quick bread recipe to see how differently they might bake. Turns out the ones that had more baking powder rose better than the ones that only had baking soda. Challenge: Can you tell which loaves had which? 😜🍞
