Summer has flown by so quickly I forgot to post orders we did.
Not only was the cuteness level off the charts (umm, look at that little smash cake!) but we also tried some new things we have never done before.
Cakes include:
1) 4” Smash cake for a first birthday.
2) Dubai Chocolate cake and cupcakes - 1/4 sheer chocolate cake filled with pistachio cream filling, iced with chocolate buttercream and topped with chocolate ganache and chopped pistachios.
3) Chocoflan - a layer of rich chocolate cake topped with a layer of creamy flan custard soaked in sweet caramel sauce.
