Two years ago we showed up to our very first market with a few sourdough loaves, some cookies, and absolutely no idea what we were doing.
Back then we baked sourdough two loaves at a time in Dutch ovens and hoped someone would stop by our table.
Today, we sold out at the first of 4 bake days just this week.
What started as a small hobby has grown into something we never could have imagined. Thousands of loaves later, countless early mornings, late nights, markets, customers, and answered prayers - we’re still a little in awe that this is real.
Never in a million years did we think this little bakery would grow the way it has.
To every person who has bought a loaf, shared a post, told a friend about us, or stopped by our booth: thank you. You have helped build Convivium into what it is today.
And to our day-one customers who are still here cheering us on two years later - thank you. We see you, and we’re so grateful for you. 🤍
We’re excited to see what year three brings.
