What a day! We sold out again at the New Harmony Farmers' and Artisans' Market

I seriously can’t thank everyone enough for coming out, buying bagels, telling friends, coming back for more, and supporting our little business. It means so much to us.

And I have to give a big shoutout to all the other vendors at the market. Everyone has been so welcoming, encouraging, and supportive of us from the very beginning. It really feels like we’re part of a little market family, and we’re so thankful for that. ❤️

The Blueberry and Pretzel Bagels made their debut today and you guys definitely showed them some love! 🫐🥨

Twas the night before the New Harmony Farmers' & Artisans Market, when all through the house,
Not a mixer in sight—just hands and my spouse.

The bagels were lined on their trays with such care,
In hopes that tomorrow you'd all soon be there.

The dough rested cold in the refrigerator tight,
Dreaming of boiling and baking by first morning light.

With apricot, sesame, and everything, too,
Each batch was handcrafted with love just for you.

The oven stood ready, the kettle would steam,
Tomorrow's first market—a long-awaited dream.

We'll rise with the sunrise and load up with pride,
With fresh bagels and smiles packed right by our side.
