9 days til our first pop-up weekend at the new bakehouse!! Can't wait to see y'all ♥️🎉
I've noticed so many people sharing my posts, telling others about the bakery, and helping spread the word about these upcoming pop-up weekends, and it really just blows my mind as I look at the number of views!! I want you to know how much I appreciate it.
I've never been one to ask for business or expect support just because people know me. Truthfully, I've always believed that if something is worth having, it's worth working for. If I didn't work for something I don't want it. There is a certain fulfillment that comes from putting in the time, effort, and long hours, and knowing you've earned every bit of what you've built.
So when you share a post, tell a friend about my bakery, or make the drive to come see me, I don't see it as a favor or a handout. I see it as trust, and that is something I never want to take for granted.
I'm a pretty simple person. I don't need or like a lot of attention or recognition...in fact, it makes me incredibly shy and uncomfortable most of the time 😱
I just love baking, serving people, and creating things that bring a little happiness to someone's day.
So thank you for sharing, for encouraging me, for supporting small business, and for allowing me to keep doing what I love. It means more than you probably realize.
