This is not a cupcake. This is a problem. 😂 Soft, tender pistachio cake that actually tastes like pistachios. Nutty, slightly sweet, buttery.
Then you bite into the silky buttercream that's rich and almost almond-like pistachio flavor cutting through the sweetness, and tiny roasted pistachio crumbles mixed in so you get that little salty, buttery snap against the soft cake and creamy frosting. Drizzled with pistachio cream 😋 Goodness.

Can you smell this picture? I wish you could! Every single cake order for the next two weeks is strawberry 🍓 that never happens!! I'm glad it did though, so when I level them for stacking, I can have some scraps! Our strawberry cake is made with real strawberries and its so moist and delicious!!
