Ellebee’s Sweets Ordering Policies

• As much as I’d love to make orders with a few hours notice, often times it just doesn’t work out! Week days are busy but weekends are even busier!
• If you need to make a change to your order, please let me know within 24 hours of delivery!
• Cupcakes, cookies, and cake pops have a minimum order of one dozen! It’s hard to only make a couple
of these things and let’s be honest... you know you want more than two or three!
• I have all online payment platforms; Venmo, cashapp, PayPal, Facebook pay. Square allows you to use credit and debit cards. *Please note, square charges a small processing fee.
• All pre-order events will require payments 1 week prior to the disbursement date. All no shows will be posted as extras and sold. If payment was processed prior to, there will be no refunds issued.
• Larger orders may be subject to a non-refundable
25% down payment at the time of scheduling that is applied to the final balance. Thanks for reading!
