Ellebee’s Sweets Ordering Policies

• As much as I’d love to make orders with a few hours notice, often times it just doesn’t work out! Week days are busy but weekends are even busier!

• If you need to make a change to your order, please let me know within 24 hours of delivery!

• Cupcakes, cookies, and cake pops have a minimum order of one dozen! It’s hard to only make a couple

of these things and let’s be honest... you know you want more than two or three!

• I have all online payment platforms; Venmo, cashapp, PayPal, Facebook pay. Square allows you to use credit and debit cards. *Please note, square charges a small processing fee.

• All pre-order events will require payments 1 week prior to the disbursement date. All no shows will be posted as extras and sold. If payment was processed prior to, there will be no refunds issued.

• Larger orders may be subject to a non-refundable
25% down payment at the time of scheduling that is applied to the final balance. Thanks for reading!

The best part of having an edible printer is having the ability to take last minute orders! Decorated cookies don’t have to have lots of detail to add something a little extra to an event. Sometimes less is more and these are a perfect example of that!
