Back by customer request, Spring/Easter cake pre-sale! 8x8 cake trays from flavors listed below. Each cake serves 9-12+ people depending on how you slice it. Available for porch pick-up on either Friday, April 3rd or Saturday, April 4th. Cakes will be decorated in a similar fashion as the photos. Orders must be requested by Tuesday, March 31th. Direct message for additional details.

Flavor choices include:

Lemon Cake with Vanilla Buttercream (robin's egg blue color)
Almond or Lemon Cake with Strawberry Buttercream (natural pink hue)
Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Buttercream (nuts and/or raisins per request)

Where to begin? About a year ago I went back to the office full-time and its taken a long time, too long, for me to adjust. Some might say I haven't. On top of working a full-time job, I also have a hobby farm to keep me pretty busy. Which means, my passion for baking has basically taken a back seat, the way back seat. That isn't to say I haven't made multiple cakes throughout the past year, just that I really scaled back. These pair of cakes for my niece and her friend from last April are just some of the many cakes made during this transition year. I'm looking forward to hearing her request for her 21st birthday this year!

I share all this to let you know I am around and open to taking orders so don't be afraid to reach out!

I've always been intimidated by decorated cookies. They can be incredibly detailed and time-consuming. Tonight I took a class from and learned a lot of tips and tricks on the whole process. While I'm not ready to tackle full orders of these types of cookies, I'm feeling more comfortable with the idea.

For my birthday cake this year I chose to make this delicious Biscoff cake with a Biscoff filling and white chocolate buttercream. Recipe courtesy of . Instead of a layer cake, I baked them in these Pyrex dishes which measure the same as a 9x13. Even if you think you're not a biscoff cookie fan you have to give this one a try!
