A flavor combination that I was eager to try it in a mousse cake: cranberry, orange and dark chocolate, was finally achieved. It was a big hit, with seconds and I had to stop my son to have a third slice🤣. The base cake was a chocolate cake with roasted hazelnuts from my 💓mom's garden and candied orange peel made by me at home, covered in a dark chocolate mousse, complemented with a layer of fresh squeezed (also by me) orange juice jello and a tangy Cranberry mousse. I think it became my favorite cake. Decorated with some fresh sugar coated cranberries and caramelized hazenuts. What a treat for our 20th celebration! Thank you, Heaven!
