We are a private, home kitchen dedicated to gluten-free baked goods only, baked by a fellow diagnosed Celiac of 15 years. Our treats can be found at the Mt. Pleasant, Michigan Farmer's Market on Thursdays during the months of June through October or can be ordered anytime by calling (989) 572-0240. Hello Friends, its been awhile! I have started and stopped this post multiple times over the last couple of months and finally decided I just needed to finish it. I have decided to permanently close Yum Baked Goods! Having a gluten-free baking business was my dream, and at one point, having a brick and mortar establishment, my goal. However, things change. I wish to thank each of you for your support and patronage over the last 9 years, it really was a pleasure to bake for you and your loved ones. In these crazy times we are living in, remember to be kind to yourself and others, and eat tasty snacks often! Hugs to all of you- Kim Brown, Owner of Yum Baked Goods!

Hello Friends, I am posting today to let you know that for the first time since 2017 I will not be available to bake for the Christmas/Holiday season. Due to personal issues and health challenges, I will be closing my business beginning December of this year until, in all likelihood, Spring of 2026. If you know me, I have agonized over this decision and am saddened to not be participating in your traditions and celebrations. If you currently have an order with me, those orders will be completed, no worries! This isn't easy and comes with a host of anxiety over letting people down.
