From custom cakes & cookies to booth goodies and porch pickup options, I love being able to offer both custom orders and ready-to-enjoy sweets. If you have a birthday, shower, holiday, or other special occasion and you are in need of a cake or cupcakes, I would be honored provide that for you. I am a self-taught baker and decorator with over 30 years of experience. Until recently, I have only shar

Before the A/C decided to add a little extra excitement to my baking schedule… 😅

I realized I never shared this past week's cakes, cookies, and cupcakes! It was a busy one with a little bit of everything—from sunflowers and hummingbirds to baseball, buttercream flowers and bright birthday colors.

Two celebrations even included matching decorated cookies to carry the theme from cake to cookies.

A little behind-the-scenes from this weekend…

Friday evening, the temperature inside my house hit 88° thanks to some A/C trouble—which brought baking to a screeching halt. 🥵

Saturday morning I texted Chris Sandrell Services, and within a couple of hours Aaron was here getting things back up and running.

Baking resumed last night, and this morning we’re sitting at a very pleasant 74°. 🙌

A little behind schedule, but back in the kitchen and getting caught up!

Valerie’s Cakes & More is now stocked at all THREE Angela’s Attic locations — including the newest, **Angela’s Attic w/ The Pink Porch!**

And there are a few familiar favorites making their return! Dipped Oreos and Goo Goo Clusters are BACK, along with decorated cookies, Chocolate Chip Cookies, Loaded Chex Mix and Sweet Heat Snack Mix.
