✨Exciting News!✨ This week you can find yummy treats from The Grateful Oven at in Mount Pleasant 🎉 Stop by Thursday thru Sunday and treat yo’self to a brew and a baked good - while supplies last! This past weekend my bread made it up to Franklin for a living history event at the Carter House! It was a really fun challenge as I took on my biggest bread baking feat yet of 50 loaves made fresh, all in one day, and in my home oven no less!

Guess who's back?! ✨ At long last, and with the help of my friends, family, & community, I was able to move my oven and get her nice and cleaned up! We even turned her on and everything is working great and ready for baking ❤️ I am so excited to get back to playing in the kitchen and baking for my community.

I haven’t been able to bake nearly as much as I’d like to be lately - life takes all sorts of interesting turns when we least expect it huh?
Here’s a little somethin’ somethin’ I had the opportunity to bake yesterday! Blood orange & lemon sweet loaf 😍 Dairy free, and enriched with duck eggs from my neighbor’s flock!
