⭐️ Created during 73 & Main’s search for a signature dessert and inspired by the release of Conviction bourbon from Southern Grace Distillery, also in Mount Pleasant
🏆 Decided by a blind taste test between a Johnson & Wales-trained chef, a New Orleans-trained chef and Karen Helton from Bakery at Mt. Pleasant. The Winner? Karen and it wasn’t even close!
