I literally could cry.

I know I probably sound like a broken record when I talk about how much this little farmstand means to me, but when I started Burton’s, it really was just a little farmstand. I remember hoping that maybe a few people would stop by and buy some cookies. I never could have imagined it would grow into THIS. 🥹

Having this farmstand is about so much more than bringing in some extra income as a stay-at-home mom. It’s about finally doing something for me. Something I love. Something that is mine.

I will always be a mom and a wife first, but sometimes along the way, you lose a little piece of yourself. And somehow, through this crazy little business, I feel like I’m finding that piece of myself again. 🤎

Every person who stops at the stand, buys something, tells a friend, shares a post, follows this page, sends me a message, or tells me how much they loved something I baked… you are helping make that possible.

So from the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. 🥹

Thank you for supporting my dream. Thank you for loving my baked goods. Thank you for cheering me on through the good, the bad, the sold-out days, the crazy bake days, and everything in between.

2,000 people are now following this little dream of mine. And I still can't believe it. 🤎

And what makes it even more special? We hit it before our ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY on September 6th. 🎉

I can't wait to celebrate with you guys next weekend. This first year has been more than I ever dreamed it could be.

A Little Change ❤️

Well friends, I’m going to have to push this week’s Farmstand opening to Saturday. I had a small health scare this evening that really reminded me that sometimes you just have to slow down and listen to your body.

I’m going to take tomorrow to rest, reset, and prioritize my health. ❤️

Everything planned for Wednesday will now be available Saturday, including all of your pumpkin bread flight pre-orders! I'll reach out individually tomorrow morning to everyone that placed an order for them.

Thank you all so much for understanding and always supporting our little farm & bakery. It truly means more than you know. ❤️
