It's Wednesday... and for once I didn't have to play taxi driver. 🚗💨

So naturally, I baked. A lot. 😆

🍞 Bread

Heavy on the jalapeños this round, so consider yourself warned. 🌶️

• Blueberry Goat Cheese — Full & Mini
Sweet blueberries paired with creamy goat cheese in a loaf that somehow manages to be both savory and sweet at the same time.

• S'mores — Full & Mini
This time the marshmallow is baked inside the loaf, not on top! Chocolate, graham cracker, and gooey marshmallow goodness throughout.

• Browned Butter with Vanilla Bean Icing

Before you read on, I need to warn you...

These are insanely delicious.

• Cookies & Cream Cinnamon Roll
A browned butter cinnamon roll with homemade Oreo cookies crushed throughout, topped with marshmallow buttercream frosting and finished with even more crushed Oreos.

• S'mores Cinnamon Roll
A browned butter cinnamon roll filled with dark chocolate, marshmallow, and graham cracker, then topped with marshmallow frosting, graham cracker crumble, and a drizzle of chocolate ganache.

Fair warning: These things are HUGE. They don't really fit in the containers, so they're slightly smooshed once the lid goes on. 😂

What you're seeing in the photo is what they looked like before I forced the lid on.

🍋 And for dessert... my ULTIMATE favorite.

• Key Lime Pie Brownie
A spongy cake-ish limey tart brownie topped with silky lime ermine frosting, finished with graham cracker crumble and a cute little slice of lime. Sweet, tart, creamy, and absolutely perfect for summer. It really is my favorite.

We know we aren't usually open on Mondays... but Lucy and I were feeling inspired. ❤️
So we spent some time in the kitchen and whipped up a few goodies for you.

🥜 Peanut Butter Oreos
The Oreo cookie you love, stuffed with a fluffy natural peanut butter filling.

🔥 S'more Brownies
Rich fudgy brownie topped with melted marshmallow, graham cracker crumble, and silky chocolate ganache.

🧁 Chocolate Chocolate Chip Muffins
Available in both large and mini sizes.

🫐 Lemon Blueberry Muffins
Loaded with blueberries and finished with that buttery crumb topping everyone loves.

Now interrupting our normally scheduled bread program to talk about the garden! 🌱🍅

How is everyone's garden coming along?

I'm getting ready to place my order for beneficial nematodes. These tiny microscopic worms help control many of the pests that damage gardens by targeting them before they become a problem. It's one of my favorite ways to manage pests without using chemicals.

I like to order and apply them before I see major pest pressure so I'm in prevention mode rather than playing catch-up later in the season.

For those of you who garden organically, arbicoorganics.com is a great resource for all kinds of beneficial insects and organic gardening solutions. One thing I love is that you can search for the problem you're having, and they'll walk you through the organic options available. It's been an incredibly helpful resource for me.

I'm tomato-heavy this year and cannot wait to see everything start producing! 🍅

You've gotten a slight glimpse of my seasonal fruit obsession... but fair warning: peaches are my absolute favorite. 🍑🍑🍑

Back in the day, I spent more time than I care to admit sitting in line for the Peach Truck hopimg I wouldn't get hit on Ellington. Then when the little store closed, we'd chase down whatever pickup location they were at and hope we got there before they sold out.And there is a trick to those peaches... but we'll save that conversation for another day. 👀👀👀

Surprise.

Bagels and brownie cups.

I love to deliver warm brownies but when I have to cut them its just not an option.... so meet the brownie cup. Same size as the slice, just deeper so you get more of that gooey brownie center.

And bagels!! Everything and classic. Packs of 3 for $6.

I've missed you guys.

It’s Wednesday and you know what that means.... Bread Heaven will be open today!

Loaves you will see:
• Italian Parm

• And the newbie today.... Vanilla Lavender — Mini and Full

This one is soft, lightly sweet, and feels like something you'd eat with a fancy cup of tea on a slow morning. Real vanilla bean paste throughout the dough with delicate pieces of culinary lavender folded in for a subtle floral finish that somehow tastes both cozy and elegant at the same time. Not overpowering... just enough lavender to make you pause after the first bite and go “oooooh.” 👀💜

For the treats:
• Mini Browned Butter Toffee Chocolate Chip Cookies
• Full Sized Browned Butter Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies — not quite double chocolate… just a hint of rich cocoa in the dough with dark chocolate chips throughout for the perfect balance.
