Back in Haddon Heights on Sunday, June 7 from 9:30-1pm!

south jersey you continue to amaze me! it was an awesome saturday at even in the rain and cold☔️❤️

thank you for all the love on the pb&j cookie made with strawberries! it’s sold out for now, but i will try to bring it back if i can get out to the fields to pick more fresh jersey strawberries🍓

i’m closing out the month with two markets this weekend, including one i’ve never been to before!

It’s a BIG week for Mairi’s Cookie Co! I’m bringing so many fancy favorites with me to my events this week! I don’t run these cookies together often because they are super labor intensive. But, I was feeling ambitious this week so better get them while you’ve got the chance!

Fancy favorites making an appearance this week: Cinnamon Roll 🌀, Almond Croissant 🥐 , Tiramisu ☕️, The Bee’s Knees 🍯🐝, Lemon Lavender 🍋💜 (Sat. only), Chunky Monkey 🍌🐒 (Sat. only), and a new collaboration cookie to be announced soon
Plus, we’ll have our classic OG, Gimme S’more, and Birthday Cake as well!

**This is my first appearance for the regular season and I’m so excited! Don’t let the rain stop you! The cookies will still be delicious and I’ve got a super exciting new cookie joining the crew this Saturday—can you guess?
First person to guess it right in the comments gets to try it for free! (You must be available to pickup at the Burlington County Farmers Market on Saturday) Stay tuned for the reveal! Hint: it’s made using a seasonal product from another vendor!

1 year later💛💛 Swipe to see me exactly a year ago.

In the pouring rain under a broken and leaking tent, my first ever event was Medford Lakes Day 2025. I spent over two weeks preparing and obsessing over little details, and I didn’t know how I was going to make enough cookies. Yesterday, I returned to the same event a year later. Over 50 events later, and I’m back where it started with a sold out weekend that started in Ocean City and concluded in my hometown💙 It’s been an incredible year of growth, hard work, perseverance, and SO MANY COOKIES!

The first year taught me so much, and I continue to learn and adjust with each event. I’ve met so many amazing cookie lovers and repeat customer make me happier than I can explain! 🍪🍪 I had several people tell me “this is the best cookie I’ve ever had!” this weekend, and it never gets old seeing people excited because of something I made.

I love spending my weekends amongst amazing fellow vendors that pour their hearts into their craft—thank you to all my vendor friends that I’ve made the last year! You guys make even the early mornings in the cold and rain fun!

You may have seen my mom or brother Lee at an event—they are the unsung heroes of Mairi’s Cookie Company! I wouldn’t have been able to do this without them!

I can’t wait to look back in a year and see the growth! It’s going to be an exciting year—stay tuned!

We’re bringing back a customer favorite this weekend to celebrate a full year of in person events and markets!

Lemon Lavender 🍋💜🪻 is a buttery sugar cookie made with fresh lemon zest and lightly floral organic lavender. Its perfectly balanced flavors, crispy edges, and soft center made this a customer favorite last year! I’m so excited to bring it back this weekend!

🍪🍪Also coming to this weekend’s events: The OG, Double Chocolate Espresso, Gimme S’more, Chunky Monkey, Birthday Cake Butter Cookie, Peanut Buttercup, and the highly requested Pistachio White Chocolate!

Ocean City Spring Block Party on Saturday (5/2) from 9a-5p! Event runs from 5th to 14th streets on Asbury Avenue, and I’ll be between 6th and 7th Street!

Medford Lakes Day on Sunday (5/3) from 11a-3p! A full year later I’ll be back where it all started!
