Summer cookies are winding down🌽! Come try them before they’re gone for the season!
And keep an eye out for some fall flavors to start making their way into the lineup—I’m going to be bringing back some favorites (can you guess which ones?) and introducing some new creations!

Fun lineup for this August market! Bringing back Tiramisu for the first time in a while, and she’s gooooood y’all😋
It’s Corn 🌽 will also be available, and I’m making a bunch to try to make sure everyone can get some that wants to try! However, I’d still recommend arriving as early as you can!

Thank you for an incredible weekend! I continue to be amazed at the support you all show for my small business, and I am so so grateful to everyone who shows out for these cookies:) You may have seen my brother Lee at the Collingswood Craft and Fine Arts Fair—he’ll be making more appearances at events while I am working on getting the storefront up and running! Everyone be nice to him!

This weekend we’ll be at Haddon Heights on Sunday from 9:30a-1p 💛

Full menu coming, but I will definitely be bringing It’s Corn!🌽, and lots of them! You guys can’t get enough!

We can’t forget about the classics! The seasonal flavors are always fun, but the staples are what mairi’s cookie company is built on🍪

People always ask what our best seller is and my answer is always the same: The OG! “It’s the OG for a reason!” Crispy edges, soft chewy center, and toffee combine to make the richest, most perfect chocolate chunk cookie😋

Come try one this weekend at the Collingswood Crafts and Fine Arts Festival or the Burlington County Farmers Market!

Fun fact: Gimme S’more was originally part of the seasonal fall lineup, but it was so popular that it’s not become a constant at markets and events! What seasonal special should we consider adding to our classics lineup? 🤔

Seasonal summer staples!

Blueberry lemon🫐🍋 makes its final appearance at Burlington County Farmers Market! Made with my mom’s homemade Jersey blueberry jam and fresh lemon zest, this cookie is something special😋 I had a piece of one today (quality control, right?) and the sweet blueberry and lemon pairing is balanced perfectly in this rich butter cookie.

It’s Corn!🌽 returns to the Burlington County Farmers Market 🚜 this weekend. She’s a buttery corn cookie packed with fresh Jersey corn from Stella Farms. Last market you guys blew me away with how quickly this one sold out! I made more this time, so come try it!

We’ve got a big weekend coming!

Saturday we’ll be back at the Burlington County Farmers Market Burlington County Farmers Market 🚜 from 8:30a-1p!

Saturday and Sunday we’ll be at the Collingswood Crafts and Fine Arts Festival from 10a-5p both days! The festival is on Haddon Avenue and I’ll be located between Lincoln Ave. and E. Collins Ave.

Full menu will be out later this week, but I’m bringing a fan favorite to Burlington County Farmers Market 🚜 for the final time…🫐🍋
I’m going to have slightly different offerings at each event! So stay tuned for the menu so you know where to find what!
